Additional Outlet - $20.00

The installation of cable to a residence previously not wired for cable. This price would cover installations within 125' of our existing cable plant. The technician would install cable from the tap to the grounding location at the residence and from the ground to one TV set. Additional outlets would require an additional charge. Includes the installation of any necessary traps, grounding, connecting VCR.

Reconnect existing cable. This price would cover aerial installations within 125' of our existing cable plant. The technician would reconnect (or replace RG-59 cable) cable from the tap to the grounding location at the residence, and from the ground to one TV set. Additional outlets would require an additional charge. Relocated the existing outlet would require an additional charge. We would install any necessary traps, ground drop, and connect VCR.

Wallfish - $35.00

This fee is charged for a custom installation that runs the cable inside the wall, rather than along the baseboard.

Relocate Outlet (same trip) - $25.00

An additional outlet is a coaxial cable wired outlet serving a TV or digital cable terminal. This includes the installation of a signal splitter and cable (see above). This rate does not include fishing cable within walls. Depending on the total number of outlets within the residence, a house amplifier may be required at an additional charge. Please refer to the House Amplifier policy in the Policy & Procedures drive.

This fee is charged at the point when a field visit is scheduled for the disconnection of services for non-payment.

Unreturned HD and/or DVR Terminal - $700.00

This fee is charged to disconnected accounts that fail to return Millennium Digital Media's owned HD and/or DVR Terminal. This charge also applies when a customer may return a damaged or inoperable HD and/or DVR Terminal. Equipment damaged by customers is generally covered by homeowner's insurance policies. This price applies to each unreturned HD and/or DVR Terminal.

Unreturned Digital Cable Terminal - $300.00

This fee is charged to disconnected accounts that fail to return Millennium Digital Media's owned digital cable terminal. This charge also applies when a customer may return a damaged or inoperable DCT. Equipment damaged by customers is generally covered by homeowner's insurance policies. This price applies to each unreturned DCT.

Unreturned Cable Modem - $300.00

This fee is charged to disconnected accounts that fail to return Millennium Digital Media's owned cable modem. This charge also applies when a customer may return a damaged or inoperable modem. Equipment damaged by customers is generally covered by homeowner's insurance policies. This price applies to each unreturned modem.

Unreturned Analog Converter - $150.00

This fee is charged to disconnected accounts that fail to return Millennium Digital Media's owned analog converter. This price applies to each unreturned converter. An analog converter damaged by a current customer may be replaced at no cost (if available). An analog converter that can't be found by a customer upgrading to digital may have this charge waived.

Unreturned Digital Remote - $25.00

This fee is charged to disconnected accounts that fail to return Millennium's owned digital remote control. This fee may also be charged to replace an existing customer damaged or inoperable remote control. Price applied to each remote devise.

Unreturned Analog Remote - $25.00

This fee is charged to disconnected accounts that fail to return Millennium Digital Media's owned analog converter. This fee may be waived for current customers who have damaged a remote. Replacements based on availability.
